No-Gi Fundamentals and Advanced

This program is offered in both fundamental and advanced levels, giving students the opportunity to translate their Gi-based Jiu-Jitsu skills into No-Gi situations. While techniques remain similar, the adaptations challenge balance, timing, and grip strategy. Students must wear the Atos No-Gi uniform to participate.
